1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Wedding Zenith Ideas services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services
Wedding Zenith Ideas provides wedding planning, design, and coordination services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
A deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of cancellation and services already rendered.
5. Liability
Wedding Zenith Ideas liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials created by Wedding Zenith Ideas remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
